1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AtomIQ Technologies website at atomiq.com.au and your engagement with any advisory services provided by AtomIQ Technologies (ABN provided on invoice) ("AtomIQ Technologies", "we", "us", "our").
By booking a discovery call, purchasing an advisory package, or using this website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a booking or purchase.
2. Nature of the Service
AtomIQ Technologies provides strategic advisory services for founders who have built applications using AI development tools. Our services are limited to strategic guidance, which includes:
- Assessment of application structure, risk, and readiness from a strategic perspective
- Market assessment and positioning guidance
- Prioritised action planning for the stage after an AI-assisted build
- Founder decision support across product, market, and next-step clarity
Our services do not include:
- Line-by-line code review or code-level technical audits
- Penetration testing, cybersecurity audits, or security assessments
- Legal advice of any kind, including advice on contracts, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance
- Financial advice, investment advice, or accounting services
- Technical due diligence for investment or acquisition purposes
- Guaranteed commercial outcomes, growth targets, or performance promises
- Implementation, development, or hands-on building of any kind
Nothing provided during advisory sessions constitutes professional legal, financial, or technical engineering advice. You should seek qualified professionals for those needs independently.
3. Discovery Call
The free 15-minute discovery call is an initial conversation to understand the nature and complexity of your application and to determine which advisory package is the appropriate fit. It is not an advisory session and does not form part of any purchased package.
Booking a discovery call does not create any contractual obligation to purchase a package, on either side.
4. Advisory Packages and Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The three standard packages are:
- Small Build Guidance — USD 3,750
- Standard Build Assessment — USD 8,950
- Complex Build Advisory — USD 14,500
Each package includes three 60-minute advisory sessions. The correct package is confirmed on the discovery call based on the scope and complexity of your application. Tailored packages, where applicable, are scoped and agreed separately in writing.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your payment link is the binding price for your engagement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payment is collected securely through Calendly (powered by Stripe) when you book your three advisory sessions. A receipt will be issued automatically by Stripe upon successful payment.
Sessions are confirmed and scheduled through the Calendly booking flow. No sessions will be held until payment has cleared in full. We do not offer payment by instalment unless agreed to separately in writing.
By completing payment through Calendly, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Once payment is received, the following cancellation policy applies:
Before any sessions have been conducted: A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 5 business days before your first scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 5 business days notice will not be eligible for a refund.
After one or more sessions have been conducted: No refund is available for sessions already completed. If remaining sessions are cancelled, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion based on the proportion of sessions not yet delivered.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice will be treated as a forfeited session unless agreed otherwise in writing.
If AtomIQ Technologies needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from a cancellation or rescheduling on our part.
7. Session Conduct and Responsibilities
Advisory sessions are conducted remotely via video call. You are responsible for ensuring a suitable environment and connection for your sessions. We are not responsible for sessions disrupted due to connection issues on your end.
Sessions are limited to the package holder. You may not transfer your package to a third party without our prior written consent.
All three sessions within a package must be completed within 90 days of your first session date, unless an extension is agreed to in writing. Sessions not completed within this period are forfeited without refund.
You agree to engage in sessions in good faith, provide accurate information about your application and business context, and use the guidance provided responsibly.
8. Confidentiality
We understand that you may share confidential business information during advisory sessions. We will treat such information with care and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
We may reference general themes, industry patterns, and strategic frameworks in future work, but we will not attribute specific information from your sessions to you or your business without your consent.
You acknowledge that our advisory perspectives, frameworks, and methods are the proprietary intellectual property of AtomIQ Technologies.
